About Me
Hi! I’m Natalie.
I am a labor and birth doula. I grew up in the Pacific North West, but have called Nashville home for 4 years now. My passion for babies began at a young age when I became a mothers helper in middle school for my next door neighbor who had recently welcomed triplets into their family. I later went on to work at school that provides early childhood special education to infants, toddlers and preschool age children. I became particularly interested in women’s health in my early twenties after struggling with PCOS for many years.
I believe that birth is not something to be feared, but something to be celebrated and embraced. I am passionate about informing and empowering women and their families in order to arm them with information, the confidence and the support they need.
I completed my doula training through DONA and I have recently started the journey of becoming a CPM. My wonderful husband and I have been together for 7 year. After struggling with infertility we welcomed our baby girl, via a long dreamed home birth, in April of 2020. I enjoy reading romance novels, cooking and being outdoors.
